中午做了个焖猪手,第一次用高压锅,还是有点害怕,一步步都小心翼翼,还好最后成品还不错,猪手被焖得十分软烂,也很入味,汤汁留下来晚上又做了个油泼刀削面,刀削面先用水煮熟捞出,再炒个鸡蛋铺在上面,早上留了一小块猪手的瘦肉剁碎,炒熟后加入焖猪手的汤汁,翻炒均匀后淋在刀削面上面,再放入一点辣椒酱,一把香葱,在烧热油浇上去,吃的时候把面搅拌均匀,吃起来可真香啊。
