技巧1:任何东西需要发芽都得满足它的发芽条件才行,像是大蒜发芽就需要湿润的环境,相反如果不想它发芽。就可以降低大蒜所处环境的湿度,让周围干燥些就可以阻止大蒜发芽了。最简单的方法就是将大蒜放进密封的环境里,里面搁上干燥剂,就可以有效地阻止大蒜发芽。如果没有干燥剂,就可以将食盐放在锅里炒干,放进纱布里扎好开口,将它放进密封的环境里,让它吸收空气中的水分,以达到降低湿度的作用了。
技巧2:将刚购买来的新鲜大蒜,放在太阳底下晒上一两天,再用绳子在大蒜的顶部扎个小结,将大蒜串珠子一样的串起来就可以放在干燥阴凉的地方进行保存了。
技巧3:如果想长期的保存的大蒜,可以准备一个深色的塑料袋,将大蒜放进深色塑料袋里,放上干燥剂扎紧袋口,将袋子放到阴凉的地方就可以长期的保存大蒜不发芽。
