南昌人早上大部分都喜欢吃拌粉，拌粉是大部分南昌人的标配早餐了
如果家附近周边有好吃的早餐店那一定是门庭若市非常好的生意，点餐最多的一定是拌粉和瓦罐汤
据我了解我家附近没啥好吃的早餐店，也许是我不常去外面吃早餐，几乎不在外面吃，我习惯自己搞早餐吃，觉得自己弄的早餐好吃又干净，也可以省钱咯！
今早照例吃的是拌粉，熊孩子指定的，他和我都喜欢吃拌粉，最近他不爱香葱，爱香菜的味道... 于是搞了一大碗香菜拌粉
拌粉味道好不好，关键就是佐料和配料了！
粉好不好吃就看粉的质量和煮的技术了，所以第一步选购米粉是关键，接下来煮粉时间根据粉的质量和要求而定
一般情况下，我煮好第一道时间3分钟闷两分钟再冲洗就差不多了，等多余水分沥干后就可以加上自己喜欢的佐料拌出自己爱吃的凉拌粉味道啦！
