這道是紐奧良風味牛排，也是西堤新菜單，美國南方菜代表，帶有辛香風味的一道新菜單，既然是新的，當然要來品嘗一下，店家建議五分熟，吃起來口感偏嫩軟，真的有點辣味，可是味道不是十分驚豔，只能說是特別，畢竟牛排有辛香味的做法是比較少的。
