You can make Amalaki and ginger tea. For this, you will need ginger powder (1 teaspoon), Amalaki powder (1 teaspoon), salt as per the quantity, honey (1 teaspoon). Take water in a pot. When the water is hot, add ginger and Amalaki powder to it. Add a little salt. Boil it well. Now drain it and mix it with honey. You can drink this tea every day.
