Introduction

Hello friends, it's amazing and beautiful to be among you great steemian, I also count it a great privilege to participate in the contest of steem for better life community who has dim it fit to give such chances and opportunities for steemians to participate and get rewarded. This is my entry, please continue reading and do not stop.

First of all what are games?

Games: is simply an act of play, it can also refer to when two or more persons are competing to get an excitement at the tail end. Games are not only made for a particular set of people but every individual can take part in his it her ability. In Games, there is always a winner, games are mostly observed on the field because of the nature of space and which will give great comfort to the players. The benefit of gaming is such that;

• It makes someone excited and gained joy especially when she or she wins

• Games help in fitting the health or improve physical fitness.

Favorite games

Favorite is simply the best and most unique thing that an individual loves so much. Favorite means choosing a particular thing over the rest or many. My favorite game is volleyball. I loved volleyball games. I could not play then but only
Watching and daily watching and joining them in the field, I became a volleyballer.

This is when I and my friends play volleyball without the net and times, we do exercises before the going to the main cult.

• Playing volleyball games teaches communication among players through that, players get to meet and become friends.

• Volleyball engages me in an indepth thinking and tactics on how to control a ball from up as it's coming down which helps the brain go through excersises.

• Volleyball helps in the flexibility of the whole body; the eye, the leg, hand, etc must be flexible to play volleyball.
