Hi steemian friends.

Participating in scout activities is a lot of fun, it is a mandatory activity that must be undertaken by every senior high school student in Indonesia. After reading the 10 Scout Laws, I was interested in two points, the first is that scouts are loyal and the second, scouts are very helpful.

Seeing that scout activities held in Indonesia are not much different from activities carried out by the police and also the Indonesian national army, every scout student teaches to be loyal to his friends and also to the community.

Every scout member is trained to be kind, loyal and also very petrified. In Indonesia, every scout member is always present in the community to help residents when natural disasters occur. In the district where I live, floods often occur during the rainy season.

When the flood season arrives, we will definitely see lots of scouts on the streets raising funds for victims of floods and natural disasters, they also go out into the field to directly help people in need, that is the loyalty and action of scouts in helping people in cities. we.

When I was in 3rd grade at the end of middle school, I took part in a scout activity held at my school. At that time, our loyalty was tested when we camped at Lake Lut Tawar Takengon. During our camp event that day, we also held a chicken roast event at night. day.

One of the loyalties that tested us at that time was when we had to share a bed with our friends, share food, we even worked together when we were opening the tent for all of our beds.

Our solidarity in scout activities at that time already felt like family. We also carried out fundraising activities for natural disaster relief during the floods in the City of Santri Samalanga in 2018.

In scouting activities, of course, I met a lot of new friends, both from my seniors and juniors at school, one of my best friends whom I knew when I joined scouts was named Rizkan, he lives in Takengon Aceh Tengah and to this day we are still friends well.

I got to know Rizkan when we went on a joint scout activity with Takengon public high school. The Scout activity that we did together at that time was when we camped together at Lut Tawar.

Every scout activity, of course, has a motto given by the supervisor, the motto when we join the scouts is Satyaku Kudarmakan, My Darma I Devoted. The purpose of this motto is to increase our enthusiasm to serve the community, nation and state and also to instill a sense of responsibility for every Scout member.
