SEC - S10W4 | Paper Crafts / wall decorations

Hello friends, this week has been a very busy week for me that's why I am not been able to write this days. Any ways I'm to be active and I wish God to give me the grace to accomplish.

This contest has given me so much creativity that I had to start thinking of what to do to make sense in the eyes of the viewers. Since the contest is a paper crafts contest so we have to use anything paper to create something meaningful for home use. So I use this opportunity to make a wall decorations with the use of carton paper so that it will stand fame.

What I did was to get some carton paper from my neighbor that owns a shop and then create something meaningful.

The first step I did was to get a measuring tape because everything have to be measured to get the accurate results.
So I had to 14,12 and 10 cm to create my wall decorations, so I measured it all and keep aside and since I was making a square box and with different shapes and sizes and I needed 3 boxes so my measurements was 12by12 8 pieces, 14by14 8 pieces and 10by10 same 8 pieces and I keep aside. You might wondering why I am using 8 pieces in each box is because I am going to double it so that it can give me a very strong base.

After this stage I use my iron gum to glue it 2by2 then I keep it aside then make sure it really gum well so as to have a perfect craft work.

After that I start forming a square box one after the other then I keep it one side, this part was not that easy that I had to ask my son to help me since they are on holidays.

After forming the box to make it more colorful I use poster color to paint to the colors I like, so I make use of red, blue and green and I see it was very bright and beautiful colours.

After coloring it, I keep it aside for it to dry so that it will gum on the wall when I glue it. Then I make use of my iron gum to glue it on the wall when it was totally dry. Since I am using it as a decorations I use the box to form a y shape on the wall so that it will bring out the design.

After placing it on the wall I use my small flower vase to decorate it, then make use of my jewelry box and my body spray bottle to see how beautiful it will looks like. I didn't want to place things that is heavy since the boxes are not all that strong, but it will be safe to keep my television remote too.

So friends it wasn't an easy tasks since I wanted to create something unique. Though my second son really help me to achieve this goal.
