ADSL Internet appeared at my home sometime in 2005... and was there until 2017 when I switched to optical Internet.
Yes, I know such a problem, it is present in monitors and computers because of this, users do not turn them off completely.

Vaya!!! Que gran aporte me has dejado amigo. Ya lo voy a ubicar porque siempre me llega este tipo de reparaciones, además tengo varias tarjetas de módem que puedo reconstruir e ir probando con el programa.
Un solo capacitor dañado puede dejar inoperativo un dispositivo. Por allí tengo material de uno de esos casos.
