First Setup your page as per your requirement OR Drag your image in photoshop directly. By using your splatter effect background image, select splatter effect with Quick Selection Tool
Create a Mask of the selected portion, then make a new layer of the image. Select the image part using the selection tool and create a Mask of the image then put it below the background layer.
Create another layer of the Background image and put it in the last.
Now edit the image with Text or another image you want like that:
Look Perfect!👍 Export it to .jpg format.
Hope you like this splatter effect image. You have to try it with other splatter effects. Splatter effects show your image more attractive.
