I'm tankful to @siz-official and siz management team.
They always organize some contest in the community.
It is very great work for the members.

I'm a student of Food Technology.
Green Tea also is a Food product.
So, I have many information about it.

I'm also sharing my contest entry post.

History of Green Tea...

Green tea is a hot beverage.
It stared from China in 3000bc.
It was started as a medicine.
That is why the China is No 1 producer of Green Tea.

After this it was started as a server drink to the guests in China.

I lesion that the only King's and Rulers was drank it.
Otherwise if some other people drank it.
Then he killed by the King.

After this it whet to the United Kingdom as a beverage.

From the United Kingdom it come to the Subcontinent.

Now it is use in whole world.

Health Benefits of Green Tea

Green Tea is rich with antioxidants.
Antioxidant protect body from many diseases.

1: Improve Brain functionality.

The high quantity of Caffeine is in the Green Tea.
Caffeine improves Brain functions.
When Caffeine goes to the Brain system.
Then it makes Brain to vigilant.
Then we sleep, think, decide and remember things as well.
If you want to take a good work from Brain.
Then you should try Green Tea once in a day.

2: Improve Digestive System

In the Green TEA many beneficial enzymes are.
The help to stomach in digestive system.
It help the stomach in the food digestive.
For a better digestive System we need to take a cup of Green Tea daily.

3: Diabetes

Diabetes is a disease from sugar.
In the experts said,
Green the User has 30% to 35% low chances of Diabetes from a normal man.
So, that's mean it is the helpful in the stopping of Diabetes.
So, we need to use a cup of Green the in daily.

It is useful from cholesterol.

It stop the blockage of arteries from cholesterol.

It is Naturally in the Green Tea.
It protect the human body from the Cancer.
It naturally protect body from cancer.

When we take Green Tea.
Then it detoxify our liver.
It's means it remove the harmful chemicals from liver.
So,

Green Tea is very useful for loss weight.
It removes water weight from body.
So,
It remove extra fat from body.
It is useful for loss belly fat.
It do metabolism to fast.
That us why the food can't store in body in form of fat.
Then our body burn the extra fat.

Green Tea is very beneficial for health.
It has many benefits.
You can try it two or three times in a day.

Defects of Green Tea

There is common thing that,
If a thing beneficial for health other side it is also for harmful but not for all.

So, similarly Green Tea also Beneficial for health.
Other side it is harmful for some types peoples.

1: Hemoglobin

If have have hemoglobin issue then you can't use green tea.
In this situation it is harmful for you.

Required Hemoglobin for women is 11.

And,

Required Hemoglobin is for mans 12 to 13.5.

If you have hemoglobin less then 10.
So, You can't use green tea.
Then it will be harmful for your health.

2: High Bp issues.

If you have high Bp problem.
So, you can't use green tea.
Because, Green Tea increase Metabolism.
High Bp problem also loss weight.
So, it will harmful for your health.

3: In Pregnancy

As i said in the benefits that,
Caffeine present in green tea.
Caffeine is harmful in pregnancy and lactation period.
So, it will harmful in pregnancy.

So, it these situations don't use Green Tea.
