I want to educate the people about the food science and the nutrition in human for normal body in daily life.

Myself 😊

My name is @allahnawaz03. I live in pakistan.I belong to a good family.Nowly,my aim is to educate the people about the food and presence nutrients and their requirements in the body.In these days thier is a serious problem about the people diet and thier more related problems.So,my guidance is about to improve the health of children,young and the old people's.

My Education and Experience

I passed my Matriculation examination from the Govt.High school from the Okara.Then I passed the FS.c from the Punjab College Depalpur.Now,I read the graduation level in the medical university in university Comsats Sahiwal.
I choose the feild in the graduation Health and Food sciences.
Besides this I also work in my city hospital where I doing the course of the nutritions as nutritionist.I check the people and then advice the people about their requirements diet level.
There are many diseases that are related to nutrition which causes the serious damage in the body like as the disease such as cardiovascular disease, chronic diseases cancer,hypertension and diabetes mellitus etc.

Topic which I discuss in 4 weeks

In these weeks I will educate the people about the food role and nutrition in normal human body.

Weeks	Topics
First week	Healthy food for muscle 💪gain
Second week	Principles of human nutrition
Third week	Quantity of eating food daily-base
Fourth week	Diseases cause by food and their prevention

Purpose of this application submission

I am nutritionist.Basic purpose of this application is that I want to aware the people about the food which is better for human health and which is not.I want to tell about the disease which take palce through the incomplete intake of food and thier control.

Conclusion

I hope that my application is 100% is submitted by the community ADMIN and MOD.Because it is very helpful for the human.I can't wait the helping of people which are suffering food problems and diseases.
