Assalamualaikum all members i hope you all are well and fine today i am telling about some benifits of Fruits.
We used fruits as a food approximately daily but we have no idea about its nutrition information and its function.
Fruits are the very excellent source of vitamin and mineral and fiber which is very necessary for normal growth of body.
From fruits we get every type of colour and flavor and this color is non corcinogenic and found in original taste in fruits
Fruits are low calories and low fat which is useful for body.
