Meat is the muscle of animals and poultry which is necessary to provide energy to us.
Meat is a biggest source of protein
Meat gives all essential amino acids..
Meat gives vitamin and minerals
Meat protein digestive approximately 90 percent.
Meat source is fish chicken beef cow mutton etc
