Assalamualaikum dear siz members today i am telling about the benifits of Cucumber.
Cucumber uses as a fruit or salad 🥗 this fruit is contains high level of water and some quantity of calories like vitamins and minerals also fibers.
Hydration
Cucumber contains approximately 96% of water it can control the lake of water in body after hard workout in hot weather.
Bone health
Cucumber contains vitamins and minerals also .
The vitamin k is necessary for normal blood clotting and the regular growing of Bones. Vitamin k helps to absorption of calcium in Bones.
Cancer
Cucumber contains high level of bitter taste nutrients and fiber which is prevent from colestrole cancer.
Lose weight
Cucumber contains very large quantity of water and vitamin and mineral which can't digest easily and our stomach works more and more that's why slow slow our body weight is loosing.
Anti oxidant
Cucumber also contains anti oxidant which protect against free radicals in our body cucumber break down these radicals which prevent us from different types of disease.
