  • Optimal mental health helps us live the lives we love, have meaningful social relationships, and have a positive self-image. It also contributes to the ability to take risks, try new things, and cope with difficult situations in life.
  • Mental strength involves developing a daily habit of strengthening the muscles of the head. It also forces you to give up bad habits that are holding you back.
  • To be spiritually healthy, you must develop spiritual strength! Spiritual strength is what develops over time by those who choose to prioritize personal development. If you want to realize the benefits of mental health, just like exercising and seeing healthy eating as physical benefits, you need to develop healthy mental habits, such as being grateful.
  • We also need to stop falling into unhealthy habits like eating junk food or losing our spiritual health like taking pity on ourselves.
  • We are all spiritually strong. The key is to keep training and working out your mental muscles just like you build stamina.
