Here I will explain a recipe of green tea that helps in the menstrual cramps.I am a dietitian, I will fully recommend this tea.It have no side effects. I am very excited to share it will you. I hope you all will love it.
Green Tea
It's a very beneficial product of nature. We all have at our homes. It is very useful in Daily life.
Mental health
It's very good for mental health. It reduces stress, it have strong antidepressant effect.
People with sleeping illness like insomnia, short sleep, should add Green Tea to their life.
In pregnancy
Green Tea is very useful for mother's during pregnancy. From years it is being used as supplement of folic acid. In pregnancy women needs high amount of folic acid that prevents neutral tube defects in fetus. As compare to other teas it have less amount of caffeine.
Digestive problems
From centuries, green-tea has been used for digestive problems.It have strong antioxidant property. Adding a small amount of mint and lemon in it can be helpful for digestive problems. It cleanse the stomach and intestines.
Acne and skin problems
Green-tea is strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. It helps in recovering skin problems and acne. It also helps in reducing dark circles around eyes.
Hormonal balance
We all know every stage have hormonal changes. Green tea helps in balancing of hormones. It regulates the blood sugar hormones, cleans the liver and lowers the cholesterol.
•Having a cup of green tea after heavy meals is very beneficial.

Here today I will explain the use of green tea in menstrual problem and pain treatment.
Problems and Reasons
Everyone here knows that girls had to face severe pains of menstrual cramps.
Many girls have issues regarding menstruation and followed by nausea, Vomiting
weight gain, acne , severe pain, constipation , bowl movements, that increase the pain.
So here I am gonna tell the reason and solutions of these problems And a green tea used for its treatment.
1.
Menstruation is all bases on hormonal changes in body. If the hormones are disturb it can cause all these problems.
2.
Stress, depression, Smoking, insufficient, over weight, vitamins and minerals, irregular sleep, over intake of fastfood and soft drinks.
3.
Deficiency of vitamin d, iron, iodine can also disturb the menstrual cycle.
4.
Infection in uterus and inflammation in the veins of uterus can cause severe pain.
5.
Bloating and constipation also causes pain during menstruation.
Treatment
1.
Do exercise properly it help weight lose, it helps in stress management, it help in hormonal balance.
2.
Do medication, it's the best way to get out of depression phases, it also help in cleaning acne and brightens the skin. It aids in good sleep.
3.
Take supplements of vitamin d, zinc and iron.
It improves the working of hormones in the body. It aids in proper metabolism.
4.
Avoid fast food and soft drinks, they are very harmful for our body.Avoid smoking, it can disturb your menstrual cycle.

Every country have different kinds of #green-tea, in Pakistan we add some flavors to enhance the flavor of it.
Today I will tell uses of green-tea used for
that help in menstrual cycle and its related problem we discussed above.
All ingredients added in this tea in very beneficial for health and good for balance of menstrual cycle.
It aids in many other problem discuss above. When we will add these ingredients to the green-tea it will become more beneficial.
Ingredients and their benefits
1. Lemon
As we all know lemon contain Vitamin C which is a skin Glowing Serum and a fat cutter. It will help in losing weight and acne clearance. Vitamin C also aids in smoking side effects.
2. Garlic
It a main antioxidant for our body. It aids in weigh loss, improve metabolism, reduce blood clotting in body. It is good source of many vitamins and minerals. That will aids in hormonal balance. It help in removing inflammation from veins of uterus.
It also helps in digestion problems
3. Mint
It is a good antioxidant. It helps in hormonal balance of females. It is very good antidepressant. It removes the bacterial infection in body. It improves skin tone.It helps in nausea and vomiting.
4. Green Tea leaves
It is a antidepressant and Antioxidant. It helps in good sleep, stress, insomnia, skin problems, stomach problems such as constipation, bowl movements, vomiting, nausea.
5. Cardamom
It is an antioxidant. It helps in recovering stomach issues. It improves brain function and reduce stress. It improves menstrual cycle.
6. Carom seeds
It help in bloating, it aids in infection of body.
It is a stool softener and reduce constipation.
It softens the tighten veins of uterus.
7. Honey
It is good source of nutrients. It helps in digestive process. It aids in skin problem. It is a good antioxidant and help in weight loss. It have antibacterial effect on body.
Way to make tea
Take a sause pan add 2 cups of water. Now add 1 cardamom, a piece of garlic
and 1 pinch of carom seeds in it. Boil it for 3mins. Now add mint in it and boil for 3 mins.
Now add Green Tea leave in it or any green tea pack in the pan and cover it on low flame for 2 mins.
Take honey and add 1 tbs in the cup. Squeeze 1 lemon in the cup. Now pour the mixture in the cup, mix it well.
Taking 1 time this tea per day is very helpful.
This tea is medically proven.
