Hi steemians, this is @meeyah and below is my entry for the siz contest posted by @suboohi

While growing up, i had a lot of hobbies ranging from singing, reading, baking , cooking, dancing and playing football. So i finished college and realized that BAKING is my favorite. I enjoy baking a lot, it is something i'm so passionate about, i bake and decorate with love and passion, what gives me joy the most is the positive feedback i get from my potential client and the fact that money is always involved.
However, a baker should be intelligent, smart and creative!!!

After college, i decided to improve my baking skills but i gained admission into the university along the line, so i couldn't conclude the program.
Few years later, i graduated from the university and i went for service, then i properly applied to be a trained professional in the baking industry and now i'm doing well for myself. Apparently, my hobby turned to something i'm passionate about that is a great passion and i have chosen it as a profession.
Baking gives me joy, the process if mixing the ingredients together to become batter is quite difficult especially when i have to do it manually but it does not discourage me. I still keep pushing, i keep striving, i keep learning, i keep trying out different recipes because i want to become a renowned baker.

The picture below contains the first cake i decorated with fondant, i made this beauty with so much love and passion, even with the fact that i still lack some essential tools.

Baking is really stressful, no doubt. But only the strong can withstand the stress, buh when it comes with love and passion, its all going to be easy. Baking being my hobby does not mean i do not have other things i love doing, but baking really captured my heart, my love for it is so strong.
Baking is quite wide, it is beyond putting batter in a cake pan then to the oven. It has to do with decorating, creating beautiful content with cakes, baking of snacks as well, e.g meat pie.

Recently, i have upgraded to bread making, breads however are being baked. So everyday, i make hundreds of bread for sale and i supply a lot of people as well.

Bread making is not easy at all, but with the use of some machines, it makes the process (mixing, milling, cutting and moulding) easier and faster.

Kids love cakes so much, and i enjoy baking for them. I made the cake below for my neighbour's son few months ago and some people that ate out of the cake later came to patronize me.

In conclusion, baking is my favorite hobby and it is way more than a hobby to me because i have taken it as my profession, it is more like a talent though. I bake and decorate mostly at night, i just make sure i deliver the right thing. I love baking a lot and i do not get tired of it, the love and passion i have for it keeps pushing and encouraging me.
