I am telling about principle's and some precautions about Diet Plan

Principles of Diet Plan

  1. Whenever you eat food🥣, keep some stomach empty. The main symptom of overeating is flatulence.

If you have a gas problem😞 Understand that you are overeating or that your diet is unbalanced or you go to bed after eeating.

  1. . Use the vegetable salad with the lunch and dinner , especially in Lunch, onion, cucumber, Carrot or Radishes or Cabbage, Capsicum e.t.c.

Be sure to eat that types of vegetables if is available.

  1. Do not eat fruit immediately before or after eating.

The best time to eat fruit is two or three hours after breakfast or five or six o'clock in the afternoon.

  1. Avoid fried or sweet items such as samosas, chips, french fries, biscuits, cakes, pastries, sweets, etc. as much as possible.

This is no less than slow poison, do not make them a habit.

There is nothing wrong with taking it from sometime.

  1. When carrots, radishes, cucumbers, etc.,

If you can't afford expensive fish, then small cheap fish has the same nutrition.

  1. Market foods, especially barbecue, chicken, fast foods, burgers, pizza, etc.

  1. Use meat two days a week especially chicken, cook pulses or beans or lentils for two days and vegetables for three days, no restriction on bread or rice.
  2. Instead of using white flour, grind the flour using the local level grinder.

Use It contains a large amount of fiber.

  1. Use a good brand of cooking oil instead of ghee for cooking. If you can't afford all week,

make at least two day meals in olive oil.

  1. If possible, use a glass of milk or a cup of milk daily for breakfast.
  2. Reduce the use of cold drinks and artificial juices(like Nestle fruit drink).
