• Influencing people is all about setting something done instead of complaining that it is a certain way. And hence when I am trying to say that influencing people is something which is that somebody is learnt. It could be learning skill. Either which ways this particular module help you because you can get to learn of influence people. So, it is learn able skill. People like being around those people who can influence others. Influencing people makes almost anything you know happy in any manner.You know generally I feel also that people who are influencing people. A people who have geneually lot of friends. They do it in such a way that people don’t feel bad about it and the same time the work is done

Its very important to balance the power. People who have great powers in terms of status, hierarchy or even wealth, should not misuse that power in a negative way. So it’s all about balancing power in a positive way and getting the work done where no hurt anyone in the process. And also you doing good for the society

It can be in form of reward or recognition. When at work place somebody has given any reward or recognize for doing some kind of doing work . It can make the person influence to do things in a way that will help others as well

Coercive is taking on power in a very aggressive manner. You really try to snatch the power in aggressive manner that is force your way to influence people. That is the negative way of influencing people

Legitimate is the power that something comes down form hierarchy. Your father or great grand father or great great grand father. That could have been a person of influence. That’s come down into the lower generation

Information, knowledge all of these things also make you have great sources of power to influence people. Because if you are knowledgeable that have all the information about particular thing. People are likely to listen you more and get influenced by you

• A good influencer always speaks fluently, logically and confidently motivating and inspiring others by appealing to their hidden interests. The person really wants to do something but at the same time , the influencer able to tap the hidden interest and get it out to the system
