Today I am sharing my Cardio Workout hope you will learn something.
Cardio Workout
First I will tell about what is cardio workout this mainly related to heart ❤️ and when I will do cardio so my heart will pump more blood and this blood is pumped to all organs and will get blood and stay active and healthy.
Initially most of people feels that their heart rate will increase but this is to increase blood flow for all organs and muscles.Thats the reason why people feel active after excercise.
But most of people can't join gym ,or students can't go far away or don't have time ,or can't afford so today I will tell you how you can do these excercise at home cost free.
High Knee Excercise
This excercise is somehow difficult for beginners you have to occupied a space and then lift your body on one lateral side and pinch your fist one leg forward and one backward repeats this excercise for atleast 10 reps then break for 30 seconds.
Butt Kicks
Easy to do for all beginners once you start excercise you will addicted to Excercise.
Crab Walk
This is very excellent Excercise to make good blood flow in all over your body.It is for make Strong body.
First sit down clean and clear ground
Rational jacks
This is one of my favourite excercise when I don't want to do any excercise I prefer to do this simply stand up and one hand touch the feet of other side and then vice versa.After doing this excercise all the body will become active ,blood flow to all mucles will increase.
this is an exercising for all beginners and excellent too.core will affect the lifting knee.
Most of people feel tired but doing this excercise you can't feel lazy.then repeat at the left aspect at least do 10 reps and pause for 30 seconds.
jacks
This is full body workout for all the muscles and organs.
by means of moving this your complete body moves, heart rises and the blood flow increase.
arise with each arms and legs and start to leap. this must be completed at least 20 reps and then a one-minute break.
squat jump
this is executed in particular for thigh ,legs,hip,sporting activities and each knees then flip your arms and circulate your fingers upwards and jump.
the plank jumps
this is great for keeping your weight Reduce. this isn't always a time limit you can start from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. you repeat.
realistic jacks
that is a aggregate of squares, jumps.it'll increase the heart beat extensively and reason is to supply muscles ,tissues to stay healthy.
