GREEN TEA :
Green tea is a form of tea which is made from CAMELLIA SINENSIS leaves and buds too. The country of origin of green tea is china but its production and manufacturing has come across to other countries in EAST ASIA.
Different varieties of green tea available, which differ from one another on basis of different growing methods and conditions.
Green tea is considered as healthy drink and it has many significant health benefits which are discussing below.
HEALTH BENEFITS OF GREEN TEA:
The benefits of green-tea 🍵 are endless . It improves digestive health, improves mental alertness , it has anti-aging effects and also helps in weight loss.
Some health benefits of green tea are given below:
1 . CANCER PREVENTION:
Many studies says catechins and theaflavins found in green tea which fight against cancer and decrease the risk of cancer in human.
Furthermore, reducing chances of breast cancer in woman who can take green tea daily. Green tea is acting as a chemo preventative against a broad variety of cancer.
2. HEALTY HEART :
By drinking green tea it can improves cardiovascular and metabolic activities of heart. It can also lowers the cholesterol level in the body and decrease the risk of heart stroke and other heart diseases.
3. CONTROLLING BLOOD SUGAR:
Different studies shows that drinking green tea has a positive effect of glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity. Glucose is simple sugar which we used to test blood sugar level in the blood. Insulin is a hormone produced by pancreas.
Insulin sensitivity refers to how effective insulin is able to store glucose after we eat.
Green tea helps in controlling our sugar level in blood.
4. HEALTY JOINT:
Drinking green tea has positive effects on our health. It can reduce the risk of rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is autoimmune disease which attacks the joints lining resulting in painful swelling.
Green tea lowers the chances of rhematoid arthritis.

Long term consumption of green tea can result in body fat loss. In research it shows that daily drinking of green tea can led to body fat loss. The catechins in green tea have anti obesity effect.
