Ice Candy For Sale

I am at the river catching fish in the afternoon. I did not bring my phone. I give the phone to my wife. I am now resting and checking my phone gallery pictures. I saw pictures of the food prepared by my wife. The foods for sale. She make ice candy and kutsinta.

In this post I will share the ice candy for sale she made. She put the ice candy pack in the refrigerator to make it frozen.

I asked my wife how she prepared. She said she use gulaman powder green and red , milk and sugar. She prepared the gulaman and sliced the prepared gulaman to small sizes. She prepared the water with milk and sugar to boil and cool down. When the boiled water with milk and sugar cools down, she fill in the ice candy wrapper and add on the slices gulamam. Tomorrow it will be ready for selling. For only 3 pesos the cost of one ice candy.
