I shared this original post last week with our community ministry leaders and she and I are going to meet up to talk about it in person soon!
As for a personal community garden, I've got two peach trees and a bunch of blackberries planted. Our two blackberry canes we put over there from @mountainjewel have turned into five! The peaches won't be producing for a couple years, but they're there. And I'll probably be putting a goodly sized corn patch I've there this year too.
