Here’s my latest addition to the Modern House series, “The 2nd”. In comparison to the “The 1st” & “The 9th” it has a simpler and a more efficient looking design. It’s basically a box type house. It’s also smaller in terms of building footprint. A concise design and apparently cost efficient compared to the ones that presented early on to my blog.
The rendering aspect is relatively easier as I have lesser elements to set-up and fine tune. At the moment, the extent of the 3d scene is limited to what is being presented in the frame or view. As I progress through the other views that I plan to render I will be working on expanding the extent of the scene.
For the material finishes, I tried to limit the scheme into fewer types which is mostly painted cement for the upper floor while bare concrete on the lower floor.
Let me show you the breakdown for my 3d scene:
...Good job
I´m just starting to practice the renders...
