Cashews
Cashews is a very familiar dry fruit in our daily life.It is full of nutrients and rich in taste.It is not actually a nut rather a seed.cashew remain as a seed in the shell -like structure which developing a fruit shape.The dry raw cashew is found in any grocery shop or fruit store.It is a very common and needful item in cooking and pastry kitchen.But it is not found in the store as a fully raw.We found a steamed cashew which is not natural raw.
Because a fully raw cashew is dangerous to eat and use.Urushiol is found in the raw cashew.Urushiol is a chemical which is similar to poison ivy.High level of Urushiol causes a serious badness to health even causes death.
It is very rare that anyone is affected with cashew poison.But in the process of manufacturing the worker got experienced some side effect due to urushiol poison.
