GUI be like PS Vita for RetroArch

In the early 2010s, the PS Vita was my wish. However, after 2 years something went wrong and about PS Vita everyone forgot.
Many years have passed. There are SteamDeck, Aya Neo, GPD Win, OneXPlayer and ASUS ROG Ally. PS Vita emulator appeared - Vita3K. And I decided that the PSP-style interface should be available on modern portable game consoles.
I have drawn the interface in the style of PSP for RetroArch. On this issue I wrote a request to the github repository RetroArch.
I hope that RetroArch will add an interface in the style of PS Vita.
