Let's start again with good intentions, listening to our body that asks us to resume a more balanced diet but always remembering to experiment with small recipes that allow us to have fun in the kitchen!

Ingredients:

  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 50 g of coconut
  • about 30 almonds
  • a tablespoon of seed oil
  • 100 g apricot jam
  • a pinch of salt
  • a tablespoon of brown sugar

Preparation:

Mix the rolled oats with the coconut and almonds and spread them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Toast them in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, pour the oil, jam, salt and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat and mix the toasted oat flakes with the jam in a bowl. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Let cool and your Granola is ready!
