Hey you all i think you are doing good in the pandemic staying at home and doing fun with your family members and doing good thing in this lockdown and utilise this time period of being home. So, today history and culture community organised a very nice contest about the speciality of around us so basically I am from Bihar but I live in Delhi and I have many special things around me cause Delhi is known as the king of queen of food street foods and everything so I have very special things around me in Delhi we have a vast food choices around us we have lot of food variety around us and I can explain you one by one all the things.

Delhi is very vast place to live in though its a union Territory but having lots of monuments , space and food specialities in it. Lets start with some common dishes but yes when it come upon delhi the recipe and taste of this dishes always come in faboulous way here.

Bahubali Thali

This is gravy momos of Gupta momos point one of the most famous momos corner in University campus of delhi near hudson lane kalyan vihar. This amazing gravy blend of many sauces and herbs make it so yummy in taste. They use to make normal momos and fry them then after that they use to make sauce gravy and explore a gravy momos. KFC FRIED MOMOS

Kfc fried kurkure momos this dish is specially firstly found in delhi. This is authentic blend of momos and corn coating and fried in oil. This is really crispy and tasty. Every bite is contain. 4 FEET LONG DOSA

This 4 feet long dosa which is called sankalp family dosa it belong to sankalp restaurant which have chain of their restaurants in Delhi and they are very famous in South Indian dishes so they invented this 4 feet long dosa for family those eyes empty inside they give feeling externally outside in small bowls and sambar and small bowel separately and whole family of like 7 to 8 person can enjoy this dosa easily so this is the unique creation of sankalp restaurant.

MOHBBAT-E-SHARBAT

This sharbat is called mohabat e sharbat this is usually famous in the month of summers like May June July and this is uniquely famous from Delhi 6 most probably you all know about Delhi 6 is old delhi and famous for food and their houses spices ramleela and many more things so this sharbat is basically made up of nawabs of watermelon and sugar and this is blend of mixtures and keep you refreshing all day in summer. This is fateh ki kachori. this is really famous this tall is place near St. xaviers school rajpura road civil lines and this kachori is very famous so many times they got name in newspapers and the timing of this kachori is till 2 and after that it might have chances you got that or not it's upon your luckiness so this is a blend of sauces and kachori onion ginger and many more they make it very differently and very tasty. Daulat ki chat is from old delhi again it is kind of foam which can only be produced in month of November December January this chat you can only get in old Delhi in the month of January and February like in winters so if you want to eat this you have to come to Delhi in the month of winters.
