Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah.

Hello Everyone
I am @afrinn
From #Bangladesh

Assalamu Alaikum how are you all Alhamdulillah good and healthy in this holy month of Ramadan. @robin42 organized a nice competition among us on fasting. Through competition we know the health benefits of fasting fruits. We Muslims fast in every Muslim month of Ramadan. And in this month of Ramadan, when we fast all day and eat during Iftar, our body is refreshed and fully healthy. May Allah bless all our Muslims to fast. 🤲🤲🤲

✅ What are the health benefits of fasting in Ramadan?

Ramadan is our holy month. And in the month of Ramadan we keep holy fast. Only one month in a year comes our fasting time. We fast the holy month of Ramadan with joy. In the month of Ramadan we eat sehri at four in the morning and iftar at six in the evening. Fasting is obligatory for us so we do not worry about health. The health recruitment research we do will be wrong. We fast all day and at Iftar when we are not ready to break the fast our body sweats a lot and we think we are pure. Fasting calms the mind and keeps the body healthy.

  • How a person diet and exercise affects the body. Similarly if we fast regularly our body and health will be good.

  • Fasting releases a protein in the body that protects brain cells from oxidative damage.

  • Hadith and scientists have researched that people do not grow old very quickly if they fast.

  • Every cell of the body remains fresh even after fasting. Studies have shown that fasting keeps every cell in the body fresh and healthy. These words are scientifically proven.

✅ What to keep iftar?

I mostly like to eat different foods during fasting like fried food. Also I prefer some food bought from the market and home made food. Especially home cooked food gives me protection. I enjoy different national dishes during Iftar.

  • For example, if you want, you can make mudri by mixing it well with onion, pepper, onion oil, the food is very tasty and delicious. And these are the foods I eat every Ramadan. And these foods bring me great joy.

  • Moreover, we can keep cold food like watermelon and cucumber to cool our throat throughout the day.

  • Along with banana, jalapeno onion and purple chop potato chop etc. Even though we may have gas problem, I always have these foods between Iftar.

✅ Do you like to eat iftar with your family members?

I love how much he is with the family all the time. That's because everyone eats food together after fasting, and enthusiasm increases. From my childhood I used to see my parents and my grandmother eating Iftar together. I have been educated since childhood. I also share Iftar with my family. There is a lot of joy in this moment of eating when everyone eats food together. In the midst of a lot of joy with the family, I eat many different kinds of food.

What are the misconceptions of people about fasting?

People have many misconceptions about fasting. Abdominal pain if fasting. And health is ruined. Thousands of people do not fast with such misconceptions. I will say something like them. Fasting is very beneficial for us and our interests. People have some other misconceptions about fasting

  • Some people think that drinking spittle breaks the fast.

  • If you have drunk something without knowing it. Then it will not break the fast. But many think it is wrong and break the fast.

  • Many people think that fasting is not done without praying. There are five fards of prayer and one fard of fasting. So fasting is obligatory and if you fast, you will be fasting even if you do not pray. Some people have a misconception that they do not pray or fast.

So I am now saying that people should avoid all misconceptions and perform namaz and fast. May Allah grant peace in this life and in the hereafter. Here I will invite some of my friends @patjewell @suboohi @sualeha @el-nailul hope all friends like it.

Yes، the fasting in Ramadan has many benefits of mental health and physical health. The fast in Ramadan makes the digestive system strong and also give us spiritual peace.

I also fast during Ramadan. And fasting results in good health. When we fast all day and sit for Iftar, it is a time of great joy for us. And when we satiate ourselves by drinking water, we have the best moment.

Mashallah you have a nice day ..
