✅ What are the health benefits of fasting in Ramadan?
The meaning of fasting is to refrain from eating, drinking and so on, so we don't get food and drink intake during fasting, but we need to remember that fasting actually provides various benefits for our body's health, so one of the benefits of fasting for body health is can lose weight and it can be used as a natural diet method, can maintain heart health because you can maintain a regular and healthy eating pattern.
We all know that the meaning of fasting is to control appetite, especially appetite, so for obese sufferers, the body has difficulty regulating hormones that trigger hunger. As a result, obese sufferers tend to eat excessively and that is not good for health, so fasting is very helpful.

For me, when it's time to break the fast, what I often provide is sweet food and sweet drinks, especially since it can make us fresh again faster.
One of the foods that I like when breaking the fast is always providing dates and that is very good for us when breaking the fast, therefore I give the best for me.

Breaking the fast with my family is something I often do because when I am together and can enjoy the dishes served by my family, there are special advantages, including happiness and peace of mind.
There is a difference for us when we are in the family and breaking the fast together, so it has been a long time since I often broke the fast with my family alone.
✅ What are people's misconceptions about fasting?
Fasting is not just about holding back your appetite for eating and drinking, but there are many other activities that are prohibited while fasting which can reduce the reward of our fasting so that holding back hunger will be in vain because fasting has no meaning if we do things that are not good and are prohibited by religion.
When fasting, refrain from eating and drinking and there may be times when you accidentally eat or drink, so that doesn't break the fast because you actually forget when you are fasting. Our fasting is still valid as long as we immediately stop as soon as we remember that we are fasting.
