• Have you ever been disconnected from the internet? How did you feel?

I have been disconnected from the internet in one way severally for the past few years. I am from a developing country and the internet service providers are usually not so efficient as it should be. I must say it could be frustrating living without the internet. The internet is basically part of us all.

Moreso, most recently the event if being disconnected from the internet occured few days back, I had subscription to a data bundle on my service providers and all of a sudden, they were having a downtime of about some hours. I had serious problem during the time and I had to stay without activity on steemit.

Importantly, I interact with fellow users on the platform, making interesting posts ad active engagement, but this time iy got me worried because I had little or no internet and I couldn't write or comment. This made me unhappy because I had to wait till the network got back before I could continue my streams of activity on the platform.

• How did you spend a day without internet?

---

It could be indeed boring spending a day without internet. The Internet is life and I guess that day was not so bad. I woke up doing my chores and waiting on them to get the internet fixed up. This took a while though, I love to buy food on every other day but this special day I just prepared to cook. I cooked that day and I was so surprised because the food turned out great.

I played music while cooking and it was a fun filled activity. After cooking I are quietly without distraction whatsoever, after the long anticipated meal, I ate while watching a movie, after the meal I slept off again! I must it was a long day without the internet.

Interestingly, I must say I had to sleep so much. Well I woke up and the my friend rang me that he was in his apartment, I went to his room and we played video games for a while and this got me so happy, while playing games, my phone chimed and it was the service providers. They had restored my internet. It was already night and I was happy once again to write on the platform!

Income Generation: The internet is part of our lives in one way or the other. The internet could serve as a money source. Making contents on the internet through social media platforms could put food on your table. Internet is indeed a top source of income.

Agent of Socialization: The internet is a space where we could make friends, we coul socialize and enjoy the benefits of friendship, from a distance most couples today found themselves on the internet and it is a great blessing to homes.

Gamers Delight: There are top gamers who get pad online, the internet has proven to be a space where people get paid for gaming while enjoying the fun experience with people from a distance, various gift prices and rewards could be gotten too.

Online Education: You could attend online schools and get special certificate which you can use to chase your dreams from the comfort of your home. The internet is indeed a safe space where dreams could be actualized, you could possibly pick up a degree from schools online and add a big benefit to your life through online education.
