Cooking Week4: My Cooking Skills

Hello my fellow contestants in this steem For Lifestyle,it a pleasure to be a partaker in this contest. I will start by appreciating @hive-183369., for bringing this topic for us to come on board for the contest. How ever,I will welcome every contestants who are willing to contest to feel free and participate. Cooking skills is one of the potential that we differently have when ever we cooked. So I welcome every contestants to my my blog. To start with, the name of my recipe is Jollof Rice,ita simple recipe that any man can cook without stress,Iit makes me feel at home when ever am in the kitchen to prepare this particular meal.

Jullof Rice is too popular in our society, in fact it is commonly found in restaurants and our homes,in different occasions,jullof Rice is been used to save the guest after the event,so it is popular in my community.

The first step is how I prepared my items for cooking. When I bought the the rice and others items,at the shop,

I first went to the shop to buy all the needed items for the cooking,it was a unique shopping.
Then I came back home to start my preparation.
The items were:

• Rice
• Red oil
• Dry Fish
• Pepper
• Salt
• Onion

The picture shows how I boiled the rice first and Wash it to make sure that there's no stone or any left over,i prepare others ingredients.

I was in the kitchen by my self to cook my jullof Rice,it took me like 1 an halfway hours to cooked it.

I was through with my cooked recipe Jullof Rice, it was so delicious and can not commonly found because I took time to prepare it.
