But we may forget that life does not always go smoothly. There will be obstacles in our lives, and these obstacles teach us how to become stronger.

first try to stop. Spend some time with yourself by stopping all activities for some time. I usually like to spend some time in the natural environment. Walking in the midst of nature, looking at the leaves of trees or the sky—these bring me peace inside. Besides, I try to listen to any song of my choice or read a book. In this way, I slowly revive myself. Sometimes I try to write my feelings. I write in a diary or on paper how I feel. It is a special process, which helps to express my emotions and lightens the mind.

Love yourself and try to understand that this time will be gone too. Another important aspect is to share your feelings with someone. talk to family or friends.

I will also suggest changing your daily routine to stay healthy. Adequate sleep, a balanced diet, and regular exercise have a positive effect on our minds.
If possible, start working with a new hobby or interest. It will keep your mind busy and will instill new interest in life by learning something new. Finally, remember that you are not alone. Many people in the world are going through this difficult time and everyone is moving forward slowly.
If you are upset, give yourself some time, take care and have courage—every moment in life paves the way for new possibilities.
