Hello friends how are you all hope you are well I am also alhamdulillah by the grace of Allah, starting off by wishing everyone a blessed month of Ramadan, by participating in a contest blessed by a very dear brother @robin42. May Allah free us all from our sins through this blessed contestTa'ala, Allahuma Amin.

✅ What are the health benefits of fasting in Ramadan?

Alhamdulillah first of all I would like to say that there is no rule in Islam that does not have any principle, which has any harm to our health or any harm to our body, but by following these rules it is possible to be healthy and physically healthy, one of them is fasting. Keep, weThose who have professed to be Muslims and have experienced fasting, must know very well that fasting does not make one sick but rather heals.

It is needless to say the number of health benefits of fasting, but the benefits that go without saying are that they increase the digestive power in the stomach, due to the empty stomach, the digestive acid of the stomach is released slowly, due to which the stomach is healthy, and also in the control of blood pressure and diabetes. Can be kept, besides fasting Stomach is safe due to low additional biological demand. Many times it is seen that the month of fasting feels good from illness throughout the year, these science benefits are very similar to Islamic benefits,

✅ What items do you keep at Iftar?

I don't know about the foreign situation but the situation in our country is such that we don't eat iftar without oil, I myself used to have oily food in iftar. But I thought that after being healthy all day, at the end of the day, if I eat oily food at the moment of iftar, then it is harmful for the body. So I think iftar should have healthy food like vegetables and oil free food.

Among the best foods for Iftar are dates, with which it is Sunnah to open Iftar. Our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was the first to break the fast with dates, so dates should be kept, and healthy foods such as apple oranges, lemon juice, saline, curds should be kept for iftar. Beneficial, it will keep our body and health good Inshallah.

✅ Do you prefer to have Iftar with your family members?

Almost everyone likes to spend Iftar with family, but not everyone gets that opportunity. I myself like to eat iftar with my loved ones and family. I went home two days ago to have iftar with my family. Alhamdulillah that moment really impressed me. Not only family, but also loved ones -I like to break iftar in different ways with friends and brothers. But the fun of iftar with parents is more, which has no comparison.

✅ What are people's misconceptions about fasting?

Sundar raised a question dear brother, if we have wrong idea about fasting, then there are some foolish people who say, fasting will make our body dull, our health will deteriorate, we will not be able to earn to run our family, properly. Can't study, etc etc. various excuses are shown. In fact, fasting is a matter of mentality, if we can understand the mentality, Ramadan is a holy month, in which fasting is obligatory for us.

If I do not fast in a month, my Lord will be displeased with me, if I do not fast in a month, I will dishonor my Prophet, and by fasting I will benefit myself so much, the path to Paradise will be easy, if we can explain all these things to our mentality, then fasting It would be easiest for us, and all wrong The idea will be solved for us inshallah.

I invite @josepha @khursheedanwar and @yoyopk to participate in this challenge.

Thank you everyone

Good Bye
