Hello lovers of sports, it's another opportunity to try out in this week's learning challenge tagged I love my body . We can like our body when take proper care of it buy doing required exercises . This week we are focusing on Shadow punches and arm Circle come along and I show my skill.
The Arm circle And How To Perform it.
Arm Circle as the name implies is an exercise that involves circling of the arms in circular motions. It can be clockwise or anit-clockwise.
It is done by by standing firm, stretching the arms to shoulder level and then circle clockwise and anit-clockwise for a stipulated time.
This exercise is a very good stimulant before carrying out the proper exercise.
It helps to strengthen the muscle in the arms.
It prevents arm stiffness.
It can help shape the fat at the arms side.
Shadow boxing and How to Perform it
Shadow boxing is an awesome exercise that targets the cardio, it is an exercise that is done by punching to the air as if there's an opposition.
It can be used as a warm up exercise which arouses the body .
It makes the movement during exercise firm.
It helps to reduce heart related diseases.
It is very good in stress management.
Doing this exercise I was having the thought of an opponent while I box through front ,sideways and up.
Forward, sides and upwards | 40 punches on each sides | Rest for 10 seconds | Repeat the number on each sides |
Clockwise and anticlockwise | 40 circles each | rest for 10 seconds | repeat |
At the end of the program, what is the overall feelings and where did you feel the pains the most?
At first I was excited when I saw this program, I was like this one will be something I can close my eyes and even do more than 40. But guess what I was almost crying when trying to reach 40 counts. It was not as easy as I taught. My muscles felt it much . I felt muscles pull up towards my shoulders but I'm tried reaching the counts.
Do you think shadow boxing and arm circle are good for you and will you recommend it for others?
Looking at my picture closely you will notice I have extra fat at my arms . These exercises are very good for me hence it will help me reduce the extra fats .
Exercises is generally good, and can be recommended to everyone, but if I'm asked to recommend this to others I will recommend it to many because it can be done at your comfort place aside going to gem. Seeing the effects on me I can also recommend to those that always suffer from arms stiffness. People who suffer from stress can perform this exercise,it will help them immensely.
