Ingredients list of this recipe
At the beginning I took four eggs. Then I cracked the egg shell and put those eggs in a bowl. If you store eggs in your fridge, take them out of the fridge at least 1 hour before using. Eggs should be at room temperature for cake making. If you use frozen eggs, your cake will not puff up because frozen eggs do not foam. I separate the egg yolks and albumen and beat the whites well with a hand beater.

Step-II
In this step I took half a cup of sugar. Mix with egg foam and beat for 5 minutes. This is the main step of cake making. You can add more sugar if you like very sweet cake. It depends on your choice.
Step-III
Now I add other ingredients here. In this step I added a tablespoon of vanilla essence, half a tablespoon of baking powder, half cup of oil and a pinch of salt and mixed again using that hand beater.
Step- IV
In this step I took one cup of flour. Using a fine sieve, lightly add the flour to the egg mixture. Then I sieved the chocolate powder in the same way so as not to add any graininess to my cake mix.
Step-V
Now, you have prepared the mold. Here I take an aluminum rectangular shape mold to make my cake. Brushed oil on the surface of the mold and then set a paper. If the paper is set, the cake can be removed from the container quickly.
Step- VI
Then set up the electric oven. I preheated the oven for 5-7 minutes. So, I set the oven to 165 degrees Celsius for 5-7 minutes.
Step- VII
Transfer the cake mixture to the mold and tap the mold for a while. This helps reduce the bubbles. It is very important for cake making.
Step- VIII
The next step is to bake the cake. Place the cake in the oven and bake at 165 degrees Celsius for 45-50 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven after 45-50 minutes. The surface of the cake turns brown. The top of the cake was slightly cracked. I cut the cake when it came to normal temperature.
