I'm back today on week five of my Cooking Skills, a regular competition on Steem for lifestyle community favorite @Solayman sir. Today I will show you a delicious dessert item of my cooking. Stay with me and enjoy cooking.

What is the name of your cooking recipe? How is its popularity?

Today I will be making Savory Mango Pudding dessert.

Sweets are very popular in our country. And if it is dessert, nothing to say. Sweets are a very popular food in our country as an after meal or as a light snack. Mango season is now going on. It is known as the king of fruit in our country. Pudding is a very attractive dessert. Mango pudding is very easy to make with few ingredients without any hassle. Looks beautiful and very tasty without caramel. Besides, guests can quickly prepare delicious mango pudding at home. There are benefits of using fresh mangoes during mango season. This pudding is a very healthy sweet item for toddlers.

Ingredients for making mango pudding are.....

Thick liquid milk - one cup.	Sugar - As per taste.	Mango - two.	Agar Agar Powder - 2 Tablespoons.

Now look at the process of making mango pudding.

• First peel the mango and cut it into small cubes.

• Now put chopped mangoes, sugar as much in blender jug. Mix all the milk ingredients together. The mixture will become quite thick and dense.

• Now heat all the ingredients in a pan and cook for some time. Stir continuously, remove from heat when mixture forms thick.

---

• Now pour the box pudding mixture into a bowl and keep it in the normal refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

• Once the pudding is well set, remove from the fridge and carefully pour onto a serving plate. This is how the delicious mango pudding is made.

Delicious Mango Pudding cut as per your choice and served chilled.
