A chicken shop review. (Farhad Broiler House.)

Hello dear friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of God, I am very well by the grace of God. Today I am here with a new blog. I will review a new poultry shop for you. This is a shop in Gazipur market. Which has been inaugurated very recently. It is located along to Gazipur Railway Station. It has been operational for the past three months. Anyway, I reviewed it when I went to the market to buy chicken. The name of this shop is Farhad Broiler House. Here, poultry chickens like broilers, Pakistani chickens, cock chickens, brown chickens, etc. are sold at retail.

This is a fairly large store. Here, broiler chickens in particular are imported more. Broiler chickens are quite easy to maintain. Because their movements are quite slow. Anyway, I noticed a lot of chickens here today. Most of the chickens were broiler chickens.

Broiler chickens are being raised quite easily here.The floor was enough for them, no extra enclosed cages were needed. Because they are very slow in movement. Anyway, I was observing the lifestyle of broiler chickens, that is, white chickens. I captured some scenes of their upbringing. I have mentioned some pictures of broiler chicken rearing methods below.

They are so calm that there is no chance of them getting lost even if they are left outside. I noticed a large broiler chicken here. It will weigh about five kilograms. The broiler chicken was placed on a cage, it was kept to show the consumer. Its size was very large, although the normal weight of a broiler chicken is two and a half to three kilograms.

Apart from broiler chickens, there are many other types of poultry animals here. I noticed duck layers, Pakistani chickens, etc. here. Separate cages were needed to keep them. Because they are likely to run away if they get the chance. Of the chickens here, the native chickens are the most playful. Below I have captured several chicken photos. If the buyer wants the chickens to be processed here, that system also exists. There is a separate dressing machine for spreading chicken feathers. At the same time, a separate cage has been used for storing and draining blood after slaughtering the chicken.

	Processing unit

There is a manager here. His tasks include matching accounts with customers and monitoring the CCTV cameras set up in the store. Buyers can negotiate with the manager to reduce the price of chickens. At the same time, the manager can afford to give a slight discount on all prices if he wishes. Notice the manager and the manager's desk in the picture below. He keeps the accounts and money for the products sold.

All processes here are done quite transparently. Separate staff has been appointed at each stage. They continue to work in their respective places. There are six employees here. A manager calls a customer with an offer price, two are busy with processing, and two are busy with measuring. Overall, they are able to provide a transparent service. One of the largest shops in the market where almost all types of poultry are available. The store is accessible and important to consumers.
