There are actually some effects that I have pay attention to which is currently affecting our environment right now but I will say why we have not yet been able to change it is because there is not enough tools to change it. For years, our society have been shifting towards the direction of sustainable energy because of the rate of production done by a lot of industries and factories. It is also no longer news that the application of Blockchain is really spreading rapidly fast to even much more than the aspect of the crypto space.

Blockchain technology started with crypto space but in recent years have seen it's application spread beyond the aspect of crypto. There is a new research that has been carried out on the possibility of Blockchain technology been used even for sustainable Energy. Blockchain technology with its features like Decentralisation, Immutability and many more have been able to bring a new dynamic to the energy sector.

For many years in the energy sector, the growing concern or should I say one major issue is in the aspect of the transactions that is been carried out in the energy sector. For many years, the energy sector have just been following the energy distribution method that depends on centralised system but now it is much more effective. With Blockchain technology, we don't need any Centralized authority because there is now something called the Decentralised energy trading system established that allows transaction to be carried out making use of smart contracts.

The Blockchain technology also have helped a very long way to improve the energy grid management system beyond what we are used to before. Blockchain technology have really helped a lot. It has also helped to provide transparency in carbon trading.

Many of us might just be wondering, is not just carbon? No. Carbon Trading generate lots of profit for a whole lot of people and because of that, there is a whole lot of fraudulent activities that have been carried out but with the Blockchain technology, it helps to actually put a stop to it and helps to create a system of massive transparency in carbon trading.
