Details :

First, I painted some parts of the strange face beautifully with spots.

Then I drew the big teeth and some other parts of the eyes on the bottom with a few nice strokes.

Then I beautifully drew some curly hair on the top of the head and two big ears.

Then I painted the hair and some parts of the face beautifully with a few colors.

Then I colored the eyes, mouth, and other parts of the face beautifully with a few more colors.

Then I drew any white spots around it and made the background black to create a beautiful piece of art.
