Details :

First, I painted one of the rooster's eyes with two thin dots on the top of the rooster's head.

Then I drew some more rooster feather marks with a light green color in the black color.

Then I painted the top and bottom of the feather beautifully with a few light colors.

Then I drew some more thin, thick spots with yellow and orange paint in the green color.

Then I beautifully painted the top and bottom of the rooster's head with red and a few other light colors.
