In this case, the value of the dollar will not decrease and the note will be treated as fungible, better understand, suppose that after separating 4 bottles of oil from 20 liters of oil, the amount of oil did not decrease. This is how bitcoin works in cryptocurrency, by exchanging bitcoins we can buy bitcoins or other coins of equal value to bitcoins. So it is understood that fungible exchange can be done. Now we will discuss Non fungible tokens. Suppose you build a laptop. Now you want to make another laptop like your previous laptop but you can make a second laptop like the previous one even if you try a thousand times. Because you can't use the same things you made your laptop with at that time in your next laptop. Thus the art we see in digital media can never be altered.

Because when the image was created by an artist, then if you re-draw it with the same artist, it will not be the same, these are examples of non fungible tokens. The NFT resides in the blockchain and it resides in the smart contract address and is simply called the contract address. Each NFT has specific token address and this token address is unique. NFT's art is sold by many famous artists, which results in investors buying the art at a high price and then selling the art at a much higher price. As a result investors can make a lot of profit.
