Topic of the PostCryptocurrency system is not illegal in India according to the rule of Orissa high Court. This is a massive news for India. But some people are struggling there and some exchanges based on Crypto are struggling to get registered and get banking support there. If it is not restricted by Court then the financial intelligence unit should look into the matters according to the guideline of the high Court. So let's see what happens next because we see some of the fining system on Binance which is one kind of approval of this exchange as they are fined for the money laundering issues but in that way when a fine is imposed it is legalized as the legalized companies cannot be fined in that way.
