First I selected black color and painted the eyes and face. Then I drew the shape of the face.

Then I selected a few colors and colored everything.

Then I drew the design in the whole beautifully.

Then I made the background black.

Then I selected green color and drew some designs on the background. This is how I completed today's art. Hope you like it.
