First I made the background color black. Then I selected green color and drew some small and big circles.
In this way I drew many small and big circles of different colors. Then I started making perfect designs.
In this way, I selected several colors and made a very beautiful design in several circles.
Then I made some more designs in a few more circles.
In this way we designed each circle perfectly.
Then I designed something around the circle. This is how I completed today's art. Hope you like it.
