Thanks @engrsayful for taking time to organize this batch for improvement of knowledge about tron blockchain among the Steemit users. I am happy participating in the exam of Foundation Course on TRON-Batch 3. My Rollno is B0302. Below are my answers to the questions.

1. Write your idea on the post within 50-100 words

This post describes the Ranking of the witnesses list and Reward system for each block created by witnesses.
Ranking is arranged as

• 1-27 Super Representatives
• 28-127 Partners
• Rest of them are candidates

Ranking is based on the number of tron power voted to them.
For every block created 176 TRX is rewarded. Rewards divided into two, 160 TRX for voters (80% to voters of SR & Partners, 20% to SR & Partners) and 16 TRX for block producers (80% to voters of SR, 20% to SR).
From this post I learned that "To get more rewards Vote to SR".

2. Why should we Stake TRX?

• Staking TRX and voting to Super Representative gives you a passive income of TRX daily.
• Staking of TRX gives you additional free energy and free Bandwidth which can be used instead of transaction gas fee.
• By staking and voting to Super Representatives we can indirectly participate in the tron mining process (our vote helps SR to produce blocks).
• By staking process we can support the tron miners (witnesses) with our Tron Power which helps them to be on the top witnesses and also staking and Voting to SR helps in the development of the tron blockchain.

3. How can we minimize our transaction fee in TRON ecosystem?

We can minimise the transaction fee in tron blockchain using both energy and bandwidth. For TRX transfer, a small amount of TRX is burned as gas fees or transaction fees. To eliminate transaction fees we can use our bandwidth in Tron link wallet. Bandwidth again regenerates at a constant level like voting power in Steemit. For other tokens of tron blockchain except TRX, energy is consumed as transaction fee. If the energy is sufficient for transaction then no gas fees taken. If not, then balance energy equivalent TRX is taken as fees. From this method we can minimize fees.
