Aloe striata flowers just before they open. It missed blooming for a year year, due to being transplanted and used to flower in spring. Now it's making up for lost time and flowered last spring and now in winter

Beautiful Coral aloe, it must be really happy in that spot

It's finally starting to look good, it was really struggling planted under a pine tree. Then it spent a few months languishing in a shady spot while I waited for new roots to form but it's gone from strength to strength in that extremely sunny spot

They are beautiful, easy to grow and tough. One of my favourite aloes
