I found some old pictures of Crassula setulosa (hairy cushion Crassula) in flower

Another one that grows wild here, the smallest Crassula: C lanceolata

A better-known larger species of similar looks, C muscosa

It's interesting to see the similarity of form between muscosa and lanceolata. Muscosa is native to the Eastern Cape and this is a local endemic for you

Even the flowering is similar. Muscosa also grows well in the garden
