That's a particularly interesting form of mustellinum, looks almost like a Faucaria

Yes, I've never seen moths around or gotten seed pods so the pollinators must be very specific. Although I have had looper-type caterpillars hatching and appearing on succulents

Better than cutworms, they are utterly destructive

I've had those bastards. They can really decimate succulents, they are bad enough in the vegetable garden

Oof, they are problematic, also to find as they bury themselves in the soil during daylight hours

Now I'm worried: I'm about to move my plants into a greenhouse and there are many more worms that I have noticed in the soil. I guess I should work on keeping the soil clear of them
